The latest plastic system addition to the CAMS family is the Flight HT1001P-4, featuring expanded build cylinder measuring 1000 × 500 × 450 mm and powerful quad 300-watt fiber lasers, creates four ultra-fine laser spots with fast scanning speed of up to 20m/s for each; offers up to 10 times throughput yield per floor area compared to standard SLS system.
Looking at the CAMS metal portfolio, the FS422M-4 system is the second-generation medium-large scale metal system with continuous production capability, equipped with extensive 425 x 425 x 550 mm build envelope and highly efficient quad 500W-lasers. Thanks to the advanced multi-laser scanning strategy, calibration algorithm, and integration of a permanent filtration system, the FS422M-4 offers optimal quality, repeatable parts that meets the highest standard in industry.
